About Us
Our Mission
Welcome to Sparky's Pet Palace, your one-stop shop for all your pet care needs! My name is Jenn, and I'm very passionate about providing top-notch care for my clients and especially their pets! I offer a wide range of services to ensure your pets are happy, healthy, and well-cared for. Your pets are my priority, and I look forward to meeting you and caring for them! My personal touch and attention to detail sets me apart from other facilities. Since I take care of smaller groups of dogs, with my capacity being two/three dogs maximum at a given time. I’m able to give each dog that stays with us our full undivided attention! I take the time to get to know each dog's individual personalities and tailor care to their specific needs. I provide my clients with peace of mind knowing that their dogs are in good hands while they're away. We constantly provide updates to owners with pictures and progress reports on a daily basis. That way our clients can know what their pet's day looks like and what activities they participated in throughout the day with us!

Our Services
At Sparky's Pet Palace, we provide a variety of services individually tailored to ensure that your pets receive the attention and care they deserve. Our services include pet sitting for dogs, and other small animals on a case-by-case basis. We also offer Solo walks, Group walks, Group hikes, Check-in visits, Pick-up and Drop-offs for any and all services, nail trims, de-shedding treatments, baths, and blow drying. Lastly, we offer overnight sitting and specialized dog training. No matter what your pet needs are, you can trust that Sparky's Pet Palace will provide the best care possible for your pets!

Pet Sitting
We're a family of animal lovers who understand that your pets are more than just animals - they're members of your family. That's why I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving home-away-from-home for your fur babies. When your pet stays with us, they become part of our extended family, and we treat them as such. I offer personalized care and attention to ensure that your pet feels comfortable and happy. I‘ll be sure to keep you updated with photos and messages so that you can rest easy knowing your pet is in the best hands. At our pet sitting service, your pet will receive the love, care, and attention they deserve, and they'll always have a special place in our hearts! i always feel the need to say: the dogs do sleep in our bed, or our spare bed. I do not use kennels/crates unless I’m specifically asked to do so!
Daily Hiking Program
Here at Sparkys Pet Palace, we understand how important it is for your dog to stay active and happy, even when you can't be there. We try to be flexible and offer different care options, for any amount of time! Along with special alternatives for those who need a little extra help during the day. One of our most beloved options is our unique hiking program, where your dog can explore the great outdoors in the company of up to 5 other furry friends. We take them to the beautiful Middlesex Fells Reservation, ensuring they get the exercise and adventure they crave.
With a fully permitted MA DCR commercial dog walking permit, you can rest easy knowing your dog is in safe and experienced hands. After each hike, I provide a detailed report of the day's activities, along with fantastic photos capturing your dog's joy and progress. It's more than just a hike; it's a chance for your dog to thrive and for you to have peace of mind while you're at work.
Check Ins/ Potty Breaks
Our check-ins and potty breaks are designed to provide your pets with the essential care they need while you're away. During these visits, we make sure your pets have a chance to relieve themselves, get some fresh air, and enjoy a bit of exercise. We'll also check their water and food supply, ensuring they're comfortable and happy. Each visit includes a brief playtime and lots of love and attention to keep your pets content until you return. Whether it's a quick midday break or a scheduled check-in, we're here to make sure your pets are well-cared for and happy.
Dog walks
At Sparky's Pet Palace, we believe that every dog deserves a fun and fulfilling outdoor experience. We offer solo walks, group walks, and potty breaks tailored to your dog's needs. Our walks range from 30 minutes to an hour, or longer if requested, ensuring your furry friend gets the exercise and attention they deserve. With us, your dog will enjoy the great outdoors, make new friends, and come home happy and tired. Let us take care of your pet with the love and dedication they deserve!

Full Day Sitting
$50.00 (Fees may vary)
If you need to leave your dog for any amount of time look no further we’re here to help! Here at Sparkys Pet Palace were happy to provide coverage for your dog during the day! Includes plenty of playtime, exercise, feedings (if needed), and long walks for potty breaks! We will be sure to provide updates throughout the day with pictures as well! Hours of operation: beginning as early as 5:00am and ending as late as 11:00pm. If you need your pet picked up or dropped off we offer that as well!
Single Group Hike
$50.00
Hours are catered to the needs of the client, and vary from client to client! The hiking service includes a pick up, a 1.5 hour minimum outdoor hike, then a drop off for your dog. Upon drop off Clients receive a full written report along with corresponding pictures. All hiking is done at the Middlesex Fells Reservation, and the trails vary from day to day. Pick up and drop off fees vary with distance from the trails. Also multiple dog households will receive 50% off their second dog for hiking!
Double Group Hike
$80.00
An all day hiking adventure for your dog! This includes a pick up in the morning, participating in the morning, and the afternoon hike with a break in between. Once the afternoon hike is completed, your dog will be dropped back off. Upon drop off clients will receive a full written report and corresponding pictures for both hikes. Clients will also receive updates throughout the day on their dogs activities. multiple dog households will receive 50% off all services for their second dog!
Overnight Stay
$80.00 per night
If you intend on leaving town or are unable to care of your pet, look no further, as we are happy to help! My home is the perfect place for your pet to enjoy a staycation with us! Your pet will receive endless love, care, and attention while you’re away. At the end of each day clients will receive a full written report with corresponding pictures. Clients also receive updates throughout the day. Enjoy your vacation knowing your pet is in the best hands possible, all within a loving home!
Overnight Stay for 2 dogs
$120.00 per night
Here at Sparkys Pet Palace during your dogs stays with us they become part of our family! We offer overnight boarding in the comfort of our home for 2 dog households. Your pups will enjoy a safe and fun environment, personalized care, and plenty of playtime. Rest easy knowing that your dogs are in loving hands while you're away. We charge $80.00 a night for the first dog and the second dog is 50% off ($40.00). the prices vary but this is the standard pricing for a two dog household!
Drop in Visit
$20.00 per visit
Running later than expected? Did you leave in a rush and forget to feed your pet? Don’t fret, I’m more than happy to drop in and let your dog out for a quick potty break, replenish water, and or feed your pet! Also, if you have an additional cat within your home I’m happy to change the litter, and feed them too! All the while tending to the dog (or dogs) within your home! Whatever your needs may be we are happy to help you!
30 Minute Walk
$30.00 per half hour
At Sparkys Pet Palace we offer 30-minute dog walking services to keep your furry friends happy and healthy! Our experienced handlers provide a fun and safe outdoor experience tailored to your dog's needs. We always include pictures of your pup and a written report for every walk! Whether you're busy at work or just need a little help, we’re here for you. Contact us today to schedule a walk whenever you may need! Pricing may vary depending on travel time, which we can discuss together!
1 Hour Walk
$45.00 per Hour
At Sparkys Pet Palace we offer a 60-minute dog walking service to give your furry friends what they desire, a nice long outdoor walk! Our experienced walkers provide a fun and safe outdoor experience tailored to your dog's needs. A 60-minute walk ensures plenty of exercise for your dog and comes with photos and a written report. This is so you can have an idea of what your dog did throughout the walk! Pricing may vary depending on travel time, which we can discuss together!
Multiple Dog Walks
50% off second dog
At Sparkys Pet Palace, we love walking multiple dogs! If you have two furry friends in the same household, the second dog gets a 50% discount on their walk. This way, both dogs can enjoy some fun and exercise together while you save a little. Reach out to us to schedule a walk for your dynamic duo! Of course, each walk includes photos and a written report on how your dogs did throughout the walk! Reach out to us today to schedule walks for your multidog hiusehold!
Long Term Boarding
Long term care for your beloved pets while you're traveling abroad, or just need long term coverage!
First pet

If you intend on being away for long periods of time, We’re happy to take care of your pet within our home while you’re away! Long-term pricing varies from each clients’ stay and differs from client to client. We will speak with you directly regarding pricing and we will come up with the plan that works best for you! Clients will receive updates throughout the day and daily written reports with corresponding pictures!

Second and Additional Pets
$20.00 per night
If you’re looking for long term boarding and you are a two (or more) dog household, extra pets are an additional $20.00 each per night. Clients will receive updates for all dogs collectively throughout the day, everyday! I’m here to give you peace of mind knowing your dogs are well looked after in your absence!

Cancellation Policy
Our policy and pricing for cancellations
Deposit
$50.00
At Sparkys Pet Palace, we require a $50 deposit to secure your pet's spot on our schedule. This deposit is implemented into the total cost of your pet's care and helps us ensure that we can provide the best care and accommodations for your furry friend. It allows us to reserve the dates in our calendar and make necessary arrangements. Thank you for understanding and entrusting us with your pet's well-being!
Cancellations
50% of total booking cost
At Sparkys Pet Palace, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure the best service for all our furry friends, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your pet's overnight stay with us, please do so at least 4 days in advance. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your pet's scheduled stay, we regrettably must charge 50% of the total booking cost. This is due to the limited availability and high demand for our services. We appreciate your understanding!
